My consultations are designed to look at the bigger picture of health, rather than isolated symptoms alone. Together we explore factors such as nutrition, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, lifestyle, pathology, and daily habits to better understand what may be contributing to your current health concerns and how to support long-term change in a realistic and sustainable way.
Not always. Functional testing can sometimes be helpful when symptoms are more complex, progress feels limited, or it seems like part of the picture may still be missing. These tests can offer additional insight beyond standard pathology in some situations.
Testing is always discussed on an individual basis and may depend on clinical relevance, goals, and budget, as there can be additional costs involved. Many people still make meaningful progress without functional testing, and it is never a mandatory part of care.
Bringing along any previous pathology, scans, or test results can also be incredibly valuable in helping build a clearer understanding of your health history and current presentation.
Sometimes, yes. Supplements can be a useful therapeutic tool to support the body alongside nutrition and lifestyle changes, particularly where deficiencies, increased requirements, or more targeted support may be beneficial.
Recommendations are always individualised and discussed with you during your consultation. There is never any obligation to purchase supplements, and support is always tailored to what feels realistic and appropriate for you.
Absolutely. I regularly work alongside GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, and other members of your healthcare team to help provide well-rounded and collaborative care.
This may include reviewing pathology, communicating with other practitioners, or writing clinical letters and updates where appropriate.
Yes. I work with children of all ages, alongside adults and families, with support tailored to the individual, their needs, and family circumstances.
Yes. Consultations are available both online and in person. I currently offer face-to-face appointments in Dubbo, Cobar, and Bourke.
Many clients choose online consultations for convenience, travel limitations, or because they live rurally or remotely. Online appointments still allow for personalised support, education, and treatment planning in the same way as face-to-face consultations.
