About

Meet Shenae

I’ve called rural NSW home for the past 8 years, and in that time I’ve seen firsthand both the strengths and the challenges that come with regional living. This experience has shaped the way I practice grounding my work in compassion, practicality, and respect for community.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) from Torrens University and a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition from La Trobe University, and I’m registered with AARPN. My approach blends science with heart using evidence-based strategies to support gut health, nervous system regulation, energy, and long-term wellbeing.

I’m passionate about making nutrition care accessible for everyone, whether that’s through one-on-one consults, community outreach in Brewarrina and surrounding towns, or telehealth that reaches people no matter where they are.
